Speakers from

Who is on the stage

Four people. Four parts of the same problem.

Trust, the website, the growth plan, the offer and the ads. Each of us takes the part we do for a living, in the order a customer actually meets them.

Joel Kleber, CMO of Jim's Group

Joel Kleber

CMO, Jim’s Group

Building trust online. Fifteen years at Australia’s largest franchise, and a front row seat as it grew from 3,600 to nearly 6,000 franchisees on trust-based content. How a small business earns trust in a market full of AI and scepticism, so customers choose you.

Leon from Atelic Digital

Leon

Atelic Digital

The website. How to position yourself on your site, how to manage it without it running you, and how to make sure it converts when you finally send traffic to it.

Rakesh Singh, Pinnacle Edge Business Coaching

Rakesh Singh

Pinnacle Edge Business Coaching

The growth puzzle. Every business should be growing. Most sit still. What is holding yours back, what to do and what to stop doing, and how to make the next step simple.

Dean Gravina, Results Media

Dean Gravina

Results Media

The offer and the ads. How to craft an offer people say yes to, every step your customer takes before they buy, and what is actually working in Google Ads and Meta Ads right now.

The timetable, with who is on when, goes out with the date and venue to everyone who registers.

What we cover

A full day, 9am to 5pm. Four sessions and the room.

Not a conference where the speakers vanish after their slot. Each of us does a session, then stays for the day.

1

Trust, with Joel

Why trust is the thing customers are buying now, what Jim’s did to earn it at scale, and the content and review habits a small business can copy without a marketing department.

2

The website, with Leon

What your site has to say in the first five seconds, how to structure it so an enquiry is the obvious next step, and how to keep it current without paying someone every time.

3

Growth, with Rakesh

The honest look at why a business plateaus. Where the time goes, what the numbers say, what to stop doing, and the one next step that moves it.

4

The offer and the ads, with Dean

The difference between a service and an offer, the steps a customer takes before they buy from you, and the Google Ads and Meta Ads setups that are working for small businesses right now.

The speakers, in person

Time is built in to put your own situation to each of us. Bring the real problem, not the polite version.

The room

Business owners from across Melbourne, all day. The last Melbourne room had about a hundred people in it, and a fair few of them left with work lined up from the people at their table.

That is the day. Melbourne, November 2026, 9am to 5pm, seats from $49. Put your name down and the date and venue come to you on 1 November, before anyone else.

How it works

Why there is no date on this page yet

We are locking in a venue around Melbourne city now. I am not going to put a date and an address on a public page until they are confirmed, because the last thing you need is a diary entry that moves.

So here is the deal. Put your name down, lock your seat in (the first 50 are $49), and on 1 November you get the exact date, the address and the speaker timetable by email, before it goes anywhere else. Then I give you a ring.

It is a full day, 9:00am to 5:00pm, easy to get to from anywhere in Melbourne. Bring a laptop and your numbers if you can. My session is hands-on and it lands a lot better when you are working on your own business as we go.

What happens after you register

Straight away

You lock your seat in by card, from $49, and an email confirms it, with the four speakers and what each one covers.

1 November

The exact date, the address and the timetable land in your inbox. Registered people hear before anyone else.

A call from me

I ring to confirm your seat and hear what you want out of the day, so the sessions land on real problems.

On the day

9am to 5pm with a break for lunch. Four sessions, the speakers in the room, and a hundred-odd owners to meet.

Previous workshops

Melbourne and Sydney, packed out, filmed on the day

Every workshop since July has drawn about a hundred business owners. We stopped people on the way out and asked them, on camera, no script.

How the room actually runs

Laptops open, real numbers, and nobody sitting at the back taking notes they will never read.

The last Melbourne room had about a hundred business owners in it. This one has four speakers and a full day.

The Q&A we filmed in the room

A closed door, a room full of Melbourne operators, and the questions people actually ask once the slides are off. This is the tone of the day.

  • Why single channel scaling is dead, and what replaced it
  • The offer mistakes that keep good businesses stuck
  • What is actually working in paid ads right now
  • Where SEO fits in 2026

Still not sure

Questions before you register

When and where exactly is it?

Melbourne, November 2026, 9am to 5pm, at a venue around Melbourne city. We are confirming it now, so the exact date and the address are not on this page yet. Everyone registered gets them by email on 1 November, with the speaker timetable.

What does it cost?

First 50 seats $49, the next 25 $69, then $99. The price goes up as each block of seats sells, so the earlier you lock in, the less you pay. You register first, which takes about thirty seconds, then pay by card on the next page. Your seat is held the moment the payment goes through, and Stripe sends you a receipt.

Who is speaking?

Joel Kleber, CMO of Jim’s Group, on building trust online. Leon from Atelic Digital on websites and positioning. Rakesh Singh from Pinnacle Edge Business Coaching on why businesses stall and how to get them moving. And Dean Gravina from Results Media on the offer, the customer journey and Google and Meta ads.

Do I need to know anything already?

No. Every session starts from the basics and builds, so it works whether you have run ads for years or have never opened an ad account. If you are well past the basics, the offer, website and growth sessions are where you will get the most.

Should I bring a laptop?

Bring one if you can. Dean’s session is hands-on and it is far more useful if you are working on your own business alongside him. If you cannot, you will still follow everything fine.

What if I register and then cannot make the date?

Reply to the email or tell us when we call and we will sort it out. Seats are limited, so letting us know early means someone else can take your spot.

Will anyone try to sell me something?

Each speaker will tell you how to work with them if you want to, and then that is the end of it. Nobody gets hounded for saying no.

Still reading? Put your name down, lock in your seat, and the date and venue come to you on 1 November.

Dean Gravina, Results Media
Who is putting it on

Dean Gravina

I run Results Media out of Melbourne. We do the whole funnel for our clients, SEO, Google and Meta ads, landing pages, CRM and the follow up, rather than one slice of it. I have been doing the SEO side of this for over a decade.

I have run four of these workshops in the last three months, about a hundred people each time, on my own. This is the first one with a lineup, because the problems people brought to those rooms were never just marketing. They were trust, the website and the business behind it too. So I asked the people I would send you to anyway.
