We build, you copy along
Every section ends with the thing actually made. An offer written, a page structured, an ad created. You follow on your own laptop rather than watching a slide about it.
A free, hands-on workshop in Melbourne. We build the offer, the landing page and the ads live in the room. Worth $5,000 — yours free.
Why we run it for free, and what you walk out with.
Small room, laptops open, everything built in front of you. Ask questions the whole way through.
Every section ends with the thing actually made. An offer written, a page structured, an ad created. You follow on your own laptop rather than watching a slide about it.
We use a real business in the room as the worked example, and you apply each step to your own as we go. Bring your numbers and your website.
The group is deliberately small. If something does not apply to your situation, say so and we will work through what does.
Cost per lead, close rate, what a customer is actually worth. The napkin maths that tells you whether a campaign can work before you spend a dollar on it.
How to pull up what your competitors are running right now, then build an offer that walks through the gap. The difference between a service and an offer, and two formulas for writing one.
Break for lunch at the venue. The kitchen opens at midday, so grab something, talk to the people on your table, and we pick straight back up after.
What a page needs to turn a click into a booked job. We build one in front of you and wire it to a CRM so the lead does not die in an inbox.
Campaign structure, match types, targeting, and the simplest setup that works. Then we make an ad in the room rather than talk about making one.
Traffic, page, form, CRM, follow up, booked job. How the parts connect, how to see which one is broken, and open questions until we finish at 4pm.
That is the six hours. Free, and there is nothing to buy on the day.
Tuesday 29 September · Melbourne · seats limited by the room
I have booked the Barkly Room at the Plough Hotel in Footscray for us.
It is the room at the back of the pub, with its own bar, doors onto the courtyard and a big screen up the front. Sixty seats, and one screen everybody can actually see.
I picked Footscray because it is easy to get to from either side of town. It is about seven kilometres west of the city, roughly fifteen minutes in the car, and a fifteen minute walk from Footscray station if you would rather leave the car at home.
We start at 10:00am and we are done by 4:00pm. Bring a laptop if you can, because we build the page and the ads in the room and it lands a lot better when you are doing it with us.
I will give you a ring before the day to confirm your seat.

Barkly Room, Plough Hotel
333 Barkly Street
Footscray VIC 3011
Six hours with a break for lunch in the middle. Come a few minutes early so we can start on time.
We build a landing page and an ad live in the room. You get far more out of it doing it alongside us.
No ticket, no upsell, and no pitch from the back of the room at the end of it.
We break for lunch at 12:30 and the kitchen opens at midday, so you can grab something at the pub without going anywhere.
Filmed at the end of the last workshop, unscripted.
Small group, laptops open, nobody sitting at the back taking notes they will never read.

Twenty-odd business owners were in the last room. Same seat is open now.
Takes about thirty seconds · I call you to confirm
Most of them run a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars for a day, and a fair few of those end with someone selling you something from the stage. I would rather you just came and had a look.
No ticket, no deposit, no card on file. If you turn up and it is not for you, you have lost an afternoon and that is the whole downside.
There is no back of the room pitch and no upsell. I will ask once at the end if you want help. Say no and that is genuinely the end of it.
Not notes about someone else’s business. Bring a laptop and your own numbers and you walk out with your offer written and a page built.
Treat it as a trial. Come once, see whether the way we do this makes sense to you, and decide after that. That is a far better way to work out if we are any good than reading a case study.
A closed door, a room full of Melbourne operators, and the questions people actually ask once the slides are off. This is the tone of the afternoon.
Pop your details in and I will call you to confirm. Seats are limited by the size of the room, and I would rather have twenty people who turn up than sixty who say maybe.
Takes about thirty seconds.
Yes. There is nothing to buy on the day and no back of the room pitch. We run these because a handful of people each time end up wanting help afterwards, and that is a better way to meet them than a cold call.
No. We start with the basic terms and the numbers, so it works whether you have run ads for years or have never opened an ad account. If you are well past the basics, the offer and funnel sections are where you will get the most.
Bring one if you can. We build a landing page and an ad live, and it is far more useful if you are doing it alongside us. If you cannot, you will still follow everything fine.
The Barkly Room at the Plough Hotel, 333 Barkly Street, Footscray. It is about seven kilometres west of the city, roughly fifteen minutes in the car, and a fifteen minute walk from Footscray station. There is street parking around Barkly Street plus a few public car parks a block or two away, and I will send you the easiest one with your confirmation. There is a photo of the room and a map further up this page.
Just tell us when we call, or reply to the confirmation. Seats are limited, so letting us know early means someone else can take your spot.
We will ask if you want help. If you say no, that is the end of it. Nobody gets hounded for saying they are not interested.

I run Results Media out of Melbourne. We do the whole funnel for our clients, SEO, Google and Meta ads, landing pages, CRM and the follow up, rather than one slice of it. I have been doing the SEO side of this for over a decade.
I run these workshops because most of what business owners get told about marketing is either vague or sold to them by someone with an angle. Six hours in a room showing the actual mechanics does more than any amount of that.
Five quick questions. About thirty seconds.
