From a young age, I was passionate about real estate, a natural interest given my family’s background. Over nearly 15 years with Coles Myer, Wesfarmers, and Kmart, I honed leadership and strategic planning skills. In 2020, driven by a desire to help others, I founded Timar Buyers Agency, which quickly became Tasmania’s premier buyers agency despite the COVID challenges. I cherish my family life in West Hobart with my wife Katie and our three children. Problem Statement
Before working with us, Timar Agency relied almost entirely on Google Ads for leads. While this delivered some results, it left them exposed to rising costs and inconsistent flow. With no Meta campaigns running and no additional websites to capture organic demand, their growth was limited to a single channel.
